How do i buy?

You are required to complete our online registration form and agree to our terms and conditions on the site. We will then check these details to ensure they meet our criteria and either approve your account or contact you for further information. If your account is approved you will receive email confirmation. You can then access the site by logging in with your email address and password which will allow you to bid on any open items.

Winning Bidders

Winning bidders will be notified via email to inform them they have won the auction. Payment for the item is required within 7 days of the auction closing. We will provide our bank details via email should you prefer to pay electronically. If you decide to pay by cheque this will be subject to clearance and goods will not be released until we are satisfied that any payment is clear. We can also accept all major Debit and Credit cards.

Auction not won - Reserve not reached

There may be occassions where you are the highest bidder but the reserve amount has not been reached. In this instance we may contact you and offer you the opportunity to raise your price to the reserve.You will not be liable for the last bid you placed and are not obliged to accept this offer in any way. Any bids made in this way will be subject to a buyers premium of up to 10% but the percentage will be agreed between the parties.

Collection of Purchases

Any winning items should be collected from the designated site within 7 days of the auction closing and subject to payment being cleared. Should you not collect within 7 days then storage charges may be applied. We can assist you with delivery across the UK including all UK ports. Please see our delivery section for more details.
